HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can return your items, without ever having used them, within 14 days from the date of delivery and receive a refund of the price of the items or one store credit to be used on the entire catalog, without time limits. It is not possible to exchange items. Items to be returned must be shipped from the same country in which you received them.

RETURN OPTIONS

You can return your items using the EASY RETURN service, offered by JBERRYALESSANDRIA.COM, with home collection organized by one of our couriers. To complete the return procedure, simply contact us at the following email info@jberryalessandria.it
Depending on the country you are returning from, you may be required to print an invoice.

The EASY RETURN service is free in Italy.

In all other countries, costs vary as shown in the following table:

In this case, JBERRYALESSANDRIA.COM declines all responsibility for any loss, damage due to poor packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Once you have filled out the request, you can prepare your package.
Package items securely in the box sent by JBERRYALESSANDRIA.COM. If this is not possible, please use a neutral and sturdy box to ensure that the items arrive intact. If the items are damaged, we will not be able to accept your return..

Please check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is carefully and neatly packaged.

Check that all the original labels are perfectly intact and that they have not been removed from the garment.

Each returned item may only be worn for testing. It must not have been worn for any other purpose or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way.

Shoes must be tried on a carpet or clean surface and returned in their original box. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must not be damaged and cannot be used as the only external packaging.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In case of a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care immediately. We kindly ask you to provide us with detailed information about the defect you are experiencing and send us photos. Our team will review your request and provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

REFUND

Once we receive the return, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue the refund, which will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding any shipping costs.

The refund usually occurs after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.

If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit – equal to the amount of the returned item – to be used on the entire catalogue and without time limits.
